GERMANY - MUNICH
First stop in Munich is the second largest beer hall in town called 'Augustiner Keller' where we are joined by our good friend Elspeth. Els, lives in Nuremburg (Germany) and popped down to spend the weekend with us.
Weisswürste are brought to the table in a big bowl together with the hot water used for preparation (so they do not cool down too much), then eaten without their skins.
